PIER 4 EXTENSION & WHARF IMPROVEMENT

Construction of new wharf and bulkhead to accommodate deeper berth consisting mainly of driving new steel sheet piles located further from existing wharf line. The project also extended the length of the pier by 55.4m.

PIER 16 MSW (MARINE SLIPWAY) DECK RETROFITTING

Retrofitting of existing MSW deck, including fit-out for new quay cranes.

REHABILITATION OF EXISTING CONTAINER YARD AT PIER 16 AND MSW (MARINE SLIPWAY) TERMINALS

Rehabilitation of container yard which includes paving works and fit-out for rubber-tyred gantries. The project includes water and drainage systems.

PIER 14 TO 16 WHARF EXTENSION, SLIP 15 RECLAMATION AND CY EXPANSION

Mainly consists of the reclamation of Slip 15 which is the area between Pier 14 and 16 and conversion of reclaimed area to container yard.

Third-party quality assurance; structural investigation, preparation of retrofitting plans, and supervision of retrofitting activities conducted by F. F. Cruz & Co. Inc. Retrofitting works include pile concrete encapsulation, beam encasement, and slab replacement.
